We are looking for city gardening enthusiasts preferrably in Bielany or Zoliborz region that want to share their love for gardening and advices with our community. It is on voluntary basis, and I'll document the steps with pictures.

Urban Roots is a concept designed to inspire individuals to engage more directly with nature, connect with others, grow healthy vegetables, spend time outdoors, and increase physical activity. In today's digital age, many find themselves disconnected, with prolonged indoor lifestyles contributing to adverse health effects, including unventilated stress and the amplification of this stress through social media.
Numerous studies have highlighted the positive impact of physical activities—such as gardening or taking walks in nature—on wellbeing, including stress reduction. Physical activity is also renowned for strengthening the body and boosting the immune system. It combats loneliness, and consuming home-grown vegetables offers numerous health benefits. Moreover, engaging in these activities is almost cost-free.
For those immersed in a digital existence, my goal is to showcase the beauty of the real world through captivating images of natural and urban landscapes shared across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. My aim is to cultivate a community keen on exploring nature more deeply. The central themes are nature and self-sufficiency: from learning how to make Chrzan to growing tomatoes, the website encourages individuals to embark on these endeavours and share their experiences. Through this, we aspire to ignite enthusiasm for tangible, rewarding activities, fostering a culture of local living, health, and happiness.
